Storage

Gourmet” LORO beers must to be stored upright in a cool place and shielded from direct sunlight. In these conditions, they will improve in time.
The use-by date indicated on the bottles, advises consumption within 18 months, but our beers can be stored for longer and we have  vintages over two years old which offer aromas and flavors worthy of beers  “de
garde”.
Following delivery of the beers, store the bottles vertically in a cool place for a minimum of 24 hours before opening.
For an optimal taste, rinse your glass with cold water and then pour the beer slowly.

Tasting

For an optimal taste, rinse your glass with cold water and then pour the beer slowly, lifting the bottle away from the glass as you do so in order to form the frothy ‘head’ of the beer.
The froth protects the bubbles from contact with air during tasting and so allows the bubbles to release the aromas into the body of the beer. The sediment at the bottom of the bottle can be tasted separately.
Take time to appreciate the color, the strength and style of the froth , the bouquet, the aromas and the flavors. Once in the mouth you will discover a variety of tastes, the complexity of the brew and a long finish. Put simply the beautiful subtleties of these beverages.
