“La Gourmand” is a
dark Ale with a creamy and marbled froth which is theresult of a
long process to marry the subtleties of
grilled malts with the delicacy of the hops. The result is an ale with
delicate bitterness, powerful aromas and flavors of coffee and cocoa. “La Gourmande” is
best served between 10 and 13°C, o as an accompaniment to cheeses or chocolate desserts.
“La Janette” is
an amber Ale with
a wide range of aromas obtained by a fine mixture of malts. This beer is
characterized by its generous dark head, and “long finish”. You will find a
multitude of flavors including caramel, coriander and praline. This beer is
ideal for sharing with friends on warm summer evenings or as an accompaniment
to cheese.. Best served between 8 and 12°C.
“La MayaMiel” is a
strong ginger Ale to which honey is added during the fermentation process. It
develops a very complex nose and a scale in mouth which will seduce your taste
buds. This beer will go wonderfully well with a buffet dinner or foiegras.
Best served between 8 and 12°C, MayaMiel contains barley malts, hops, yeasts and
“La Tout Vite” is a white Ale with fruity and spicy
aromas. Its complex character, provides a thirst-quenching drink at any time
of the day and can also be served as an accompanimentto fish
or white meat.
